Help others save energy and reduce their carbon footprints! Draw a poster of your idea for how to save energy and enter it into Seattle City Light’s Calendar Contest.
The contest is open to students in grades 3-6. The entry deadline is Oct. 12. The 12 winning energy-saving tips will be made into a 2013 calendar.
Everyone can take part by purchasing a calendar for $10, with proceeds going to Project Share, City Light’s emergency fund that helps customers in need with their electric bills.
